When should my child first visit a pediatric dentist?
Our specialists recommend the first dental check-up by your child's first birthday. It is also ideal to visit as soon as the first baby tooth appears.
Do you work with Isapres or dental insurance?
Clínica Velke operates on a reimbursement basis. We provide receipts, forms and supporting documentation with the relevant codes so you can request reimbursement from your Isapre or supplementary insurance provider.
Is it normal for my gums to bleed when brushing?
No. Bleeding can be a sign of gum inflammation. If it occurs, we recommend booking an assessment to identify the cause and prevent progression.
Do you accept credit cards and payment plans?
Yes. We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. For complex or longer treatments, we can also review installment payment options.
Should I still visit the dentist if I have no pain?
Yes. Many oral conditions, including early decay, gingivitis or bone loss, can progress without pain. Preventive care helps avoid more complex treatments.
